About

My aim is to make counselling accessible to everyone who feels they need support for a range of emotional needs, or difficulties, in their lives.

I hold an FDA in Integrative counselling and graduated from Plymouth University. I have an interest in Mindfulness and incorporate this within my practice. I believe it can help us to increase our ability to regulate our emotions and decrease anxiety, stress and depression, whilst focusing our attention to our thoughts and feelings.

Being an integrative counsellor means that I draw from a number of different therapeutic techniques, and tailor my skills and knowledge to find a collaborative and suitable way of working with you as a unique individual.

My practice is diverse and inclusive and I offer a warm, safe, confidential space for exploration, which can make a life changing difference.

Vision

My focus is to offer a more affordable in-person counselling service to people living in and around the Bristol area. I also offer online sessions for those that may live further afield or simply prefer an alternative mode of communication.

I strongly believe counselling can make life changing differences to people's lives and that it should be readily available to all who wish to make changes in order to live their best lives.

Mission

I can help you understand underlying issues and gain awareness of relationship patterns you may have developed.

I can help you develop autonomy and resilience as well as helping you to understand your feelings.

I can help you understand and manage your emotions, fears and anxieties in life, which can be difficult to do on your own.

I can support you on your journey to self discovery and awareness, increasing your ability to reduce stress, strengthen relationships, improve mental health and practice mindfulness.
